Return & Refund Policy – Mygrow Seeds
Customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure transparency, here is our return and refund process:
Returns
- Seeds once sold cannot be returned if the packaging is opened or tampered with.
- Returns are accepted only in case of wrong product dispatch, damaged packaging, or manufacturing defect.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing mygrowseeds@gmail.com or calling our customer care numbers.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product verification.
- In case of offline orders (bank transfer/cash), refunds will be processed via NEFT/IMPS after customer confirmation.
Exchanges
- Wrongly supplied seeds (different variety/quantity) will be exchanged promptly at no additional shipping charge.
Important Note
- Seed performance depends on external conditions (soil, irrigation, climate, cultivation practices). Hence refunds are not provided on basis of germination or yield variations beyond our control.
- Customers are advised to follow recommended agricultural practices for best results.
